There are two options for pick up-
Factory door-
Come direct to our factory at Unit 2 21-23 Levanswell Road Moorabbin 3189 between 2.30pm-5.30pm every Friday to grab your order and come say 'Hi!'
Farmers Markets-
1st Saturday Kingston Farmers Market 8am-12pm 285 Centre Dandenong Road, Cheltenham 3192
2nd Saturday Berwick Farmers Market 8am-12pm 34 Homestead Road Berwick
2nd Sunday Bonbeach Farmers Market 8am-12pm 63 Breeze Street Bonbeach
4th Saturday Bentleigh Farmers Market 8am-12pm 90 Bignell Road Bentleigh
4th Sunday Berwick Farmers Market 8am-12pm 34 Homestead Road Berwick
Please specify in the 'Order Special Instructions' at check out which works best and the date in which you intend to pick up.

Delivery-
We’ve made delivering frozen food to you, safe, easy and fuss free. So, how does it work?
- Orders are packed and dispatched on Thursdays and handed to our delivery partners
- Your dumplings will arrive to through a refrigerated courier service. The driver will give you a call you when on the way to delivering your order.
- To ensure that your order stays cold once delivered it is packed with food grade dry ice packs and fully recyclable thermal liners. This means that even if you are not home, the product will stay frozen for a few hours after it has been delivered.
Place your order into the freezer as soon as you can :D In the rare case where something does go wrong, get in contact with us ASAP on customerservice@justdumps.com and we will make it right!
